cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer
We had this Issue since three weeks
all basic troubleshots are applied without any result . already changed it before and that is the orginal one
We need an Urgent Support!

Thanks for your patience. If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e is showing a “cartridges not communicating” error—even with original HP cartridges and after basic troubleshooting—Let’s try a few advanced steps to try and resolve the issue:
1. Power Reset the Printer
- Turn the printer on.
- With the printer on, unplug the power cord from the back.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
This clears temporary memory issues.
2. Clean Cartridge Contacts
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- Remove the cartridges.
- Use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water to gently clean:
- The gold-colored contacts on the cartridges.
- The corresponding contacts inside the printer.
- Let everything dry for 5 minutes, then reinstall the cartridges.
3. Check for Firmware Updates
- Go to the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e All-in-One Printer series - Troubleshooting | HP® Support.
- Download and install the latest firmware for your printer.
Outdated firmware can cause cartridge recognition issues.
4. Use HP’s Virtual Assistant for Cartridge Issues
HP offers a guided tool that can:
- Diagnose cartridge communication problems.
- Check the warranty status of cartridges.
- Offer free replacements if eligible.
