I use the email listed in the ink receipt it gcomes back no such email. I was copy paste. 

 

I search the website it say go to this page. I go, it takes me to virtual agent. VA says go to this page. I get there, it takes me back to virtual agent. 

 

1.   I've had only 2 ink sets in 3 years. My red is gone, black is okay, other colors are not strong. Levels still say full it's impossible. I've paid every month and need ink.

 

Issue #2, I have to hit Feed at least twice before the printer will pick up paper and be okay the rest of the printing. Any ideas?
