@PoppysButtShak ,

Thank you for your reply,

It sounds like you're experiencing color bleeding or overrun on the left-hand side of your printed waterproof labels, specifically when red is the primary color. This issue can be caused by several factors, and I'll provide troubleshooting steps that might help you resolve the problem:

Check Printer Settings:

  • Make sure that your printer settings are configured correctly for glossy labels. Check the paper type settings to ensure they match the type of labels you are using.

Print Quality Settings:

  • Adjust the print quality settings to a higher resolution. This might reduce bleeding by providing more precise control over color placement.

Paper Type and Quality:

  • Ensure that you are using the appropriate waterproof glossy label paper recommended for your printer. Using the wrong paper type can lead to ink bleeding.

Color Management:

  • Check your printer's color management settings. Adjust the color settings to see if there's an improvement. You might need to tweak the saturation or color intensity settings.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed. Sometimes, driver updates can address compatibility issues and improve print quality.

Calibration:

  • Perform a printer calibration or color alignment if your printer has this feature. This ensures that the colors are accurately represented on the printed page.

Print a Test Page:

  • Print a test page to check if the issue persists. This can help you determine whether the problem is specific to the label printing or if it occurs with other documents as well.

Check the Label Design:

  • Verify the label design to make sure there are no issues with the file itself. Sometimes, graphic elements or designs can contribute to bleeding.

Ink Levels:

  • Check the ink levels in your printer cartridges. Low ink levels can affect print quality. Replace cartridges if necessary.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
