Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When replacing my color (cyan, magenta and yello) cartridges on my C309A  printer with HP cartridges I got an error message that says to replace the cartridges, I just had done that and it said to reboot the printer which I did 2 times, but it comes up with the same error when coming up.  It is a 902 printer cartridge, have I got the wrong one??

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a replace cartridge message on the printer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Looks like the cartridge you are installing is not the correct cartridge for your printer. Below is the list of supported cartridges based on the region.
