Hi,,
Generally, the error indicates that the Magenta ink cartridges are empty and have no sufficient amount of ink for printing or maintenance purposes.
How old are these cartridges? be aware that ink depletes following its usage or following the time, even if not used frequently for printing due to maintenance purposes.
Have you try using a new genuine Magenta ink cartridges with one of the printer?
