I got a cyan print cartridge empty error.   Bought a new 951XL cartridge and installed it.   Then got a cyan cartridge failed error.   Took it back and got a new cyan cartridge and installed it  Same fail error.  Took out the head, cleaned all contacts, inside and out.   Bought a print head cleaner and flushed out the cyan ink in the head.  Installed cartridge and still have failed error message.   Not sure what to try now.
