Hi All,

My Cyan is not longer printing. Other colours seem to work fine. It doesn't print cyan when I try to print or when copying.  I've tried cleaning it and running print diagnostics and calibrations and the cyan doesn't appear.  I subscribe to the monthly ink program and installed new ink and it's still printing. I think it's been getting worse over time (using less cyan) but now everything comes out very magenta.
