HP Recommended

I am a HS teacher and interested in making decals for ceramics with my classes. I need a printer that has toner cartridges that contains at least 40-45% iron oxide/ferrite. Does HP have a small not so expensive printer that could do this, I think I need a laser printer? How much is the printer and how much are the cartridges? Are there clients who use HP printers for this process?

What type of decals? We have a client who prints water slide decals with a color laser, which has very low iron content. Typically if you need higher iron content you are better off looking at older  monochrome printers.
