defective HP 62XL tri-color ink cartridge

i installed a new HP 62XL ink cartridge into my HP ENVY 5660 Printer and it was printing pink, even though the printer use full color ink on ptinter.

  Looked at back of cartridge and some of the contacts where messed up.

Isstalled a brand new HP 62XL tri-color cartridge and it worked fine

HP 62XL Trii-color ink coartridge.  no error message just printed pink 

Some to the gold contacts on the back of the cartridge were miss colored.
