I purchased ink cartridges for my hp printer in 02/2023. The black cartridge smeared any text I tried to print. Today I bought another new #63 black cartridge and the problem is solved. I attempted to return the defective cartridge to Walmart where I had bought it but they would not accept it as more than 30 days had elapsed since my purchase. The defective cartridge is dated 2024/07/08. I would like a replacement.
