Product: HP ENVY 5642 e-All-in-One Printer

I bought an HP ink cartridge 62  2 pack at Walmart for my printer but the black cartridge is giving me a cartridge error. Walmart won't take it back. How can I get a warranty or replacement for this cartridge?

HP Recommended

If the seller sold you a defective product the seller must accept it back. I am like 99% sure that their action of refusing to accept the defective product they sold is against the law.
