I have 2 new black ink cartridges (#62) that appear to be defective because my Envy 5660 will not align after I insert either one of the new cartridges. The cartridges were from the same multi-pack. After inserting a 3rd new cartridge from a different multi-pack, the printer aligned and is now working properly. So apparently I received a bad batch. How can I get these replaced? I no longer have the original packing or sales slip so I can't take them back to the retailer. And I can't seem to find the right HP link or phone number. The HP support phone number ran me around in circles. The virtual assistant chat box didn't help. The warranties are supposed to be good until May 2021 on both cartridges.
