I installed new cartriges (office HP cartridges) on my HP DeskJet 3830 printer. The Black one works fine. The tri-color doesn't. I get a message that says "The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer".  It came from the same box as the black XL cartridge. I pulled it out...made sure it was clean. reinstalled...same message.  Fortunately, I had another tri-color cartridge...which when installed works perfectly.  So I want to return the defective cartridge for a new one.  I've tried several phone numbers and can never get the automated "helpers" to understand what I need.  And I couldn't get to a live agent.  Any suggestions? I bought it from an Office Depot...but it isn't anywhere near where I live...so I'd rather not have to go back to them. Help!
