Product: officejet pro 8715
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Hi, i have this kind of problem for a few days now, the print quality is different and very low on the same sheet, i already tried to clean and re allign the heads. the printer does this problem with every kind of paper and i don't know what to do now, any advice? thanks

Does this happen while copying too? Do you any other set of ink cartridges to try?

 

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
