I understand you're experiencing a duplicate image at the bottom of the page with your HP Color Laser 150a printer, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

 

Check for Print Head or Toner Issues:

  • Ensure that the toner cartridges are installed correctly and are not damaged.
  • Remove and reinstall the toner cartridges to make sure they are seated properly.

Inspect the Drum Unit:

  • The drum unit can sometimes cause duplicate images if it's dirty or damaged. Check the drum for any visible issues and clean it gently if needed.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Inspect the paper path for any obstructions or jams that could be causing the issue.

Update Printer Firmware:  Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Check the HP website for any firmware updates for your printer and install them if available.

Adjust Print Settings:

  • Sometimes, incorrect print settings can cause issues. Ensure your print settings are correctly configured in the printer driver or print software.

Perform a Printer Reset:

  • Try resetting the printer to its factory settings. This can often resolve various printing issues.

Test with Different Software:
