I get an e2 error message when i try to print and then the printer prints blank pages

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting E2 error on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

An E1 or E2 error with a blinking Resume light indicates the paper size setting does not match the paper size loaded in the input tray.

Follow the steps mentioned in this HP document to fix the issue:- Click here
