I have received a long email from HP requiring me to update my "Codice Fiscale (or Partita IVA)"  - whatever they are - or risk  losing delivery of my Instant Ink cartridges for which I subscribe.  Apparently after a long effort to contact someone via the chat line  it doesn't apply and they've received a few other like quiestions/concerns. Hopefully the powers that be at HP will wirthdraw the email and apologise to those like me who received it & the worry & wasted time it caused. It damages   the name of HP & its Instant Ink offer. It doesn't help matters that there is no email addrerss to which recipients can reply. Bad service.
