Hi,
I have a hp smart tank plus 555 printer.
I keep getting an error message regarding ink cartridge error.
When i open the ink cartridge door and then close it again the error goes away and it resolves itself.... this is happening nearly every day now and is quite annoying...... is there a simple resolve as I am really happy with the printer otherwise.

I see that you are facing cartridge issues with your HP smart tank plus 555 printer.
Please follow the steps listed below to install the firmware update from HP smart App.
1. Go to https://123.hp.com/ to install the HP Smart app on your mobile device (if not installed).
2. After completing the printer setup, click or tap your printer name.
NOTE: Menu names, locations, and available settings vary by printer model.
3. Under Advanced, select Printer Home Page (EWS) or Advanced Settings.
4. Click or tap Tools or Web Services.
5. Click or tap Printer Updates or Product Update, and then click or tap Check Now.
