I have a HP Officejet Pro 8210 printer and when I'm replacing it with 952 cartridge, it is showing an error " incompatible cartridge"

Where did you buy your printerIn Europe, Africa, CIS, and Middle East your printer uses (when buy printer from those countries):

 

  • 953 and 953XL Black
  • 957XL Black
  • 953 and 953XL Cyan
  • 953 and 953XL Magenta
  • 953 and 953XL Yellow

Hi @Mark00001,

Are you located in United Arab Emirates or in any other country?

 

If you are in the Middle East and got ink cartridges from another country, you cannot reset a printer to accept ink cartridges intended for another country..

 

If you may moved with the printer to another country, you may contact HP in your new country to reset the printer to your new country to accept the local ink cartridges available in your new country:
