Hi @Donna1394,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you are experiencing a failed printhead on your HP Officejet 6700 all-in-one printer, here are some steps you can take.

  • Clean the printhead: Sometimes, the printhead may get clogged with dried ink, which can cause printing problems. You can try cleaning the printhead using the printer's built-in cleaning feature. Refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on how to clean the printhead.
  • Replace the printhead: If cleaning the printhead doesn't fix the issue, you may need to replace it. You can purchase a replacement printhead from HP or a third-party supplier. Refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on how to replace the printhead.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
