I have a 9010 printer and I ran out of colors and since I only need black I bought only that but the printer does not allow me to print anymore although I want to print in black and white ... there is some way to continue using it or I am obliged to show the colors too, I am very disappointed with this thing and if I were obliged to have to buy back all the colors every time even though I have never used them and they are sold out I will never buy your printers again because it seems to me only one way to earn money with colors

That printer model needs to have all 4 colours if you want to continue to print. If any colour ink cartridge is empty the printer will stop printing even in black.

this is unfair, I think I'll buy another printer rather than spend more money on colors since I need little or nothing. if only HP printers work like this, I never recommend them
