Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink

The ink should have been sent out middle of March before I ran out. Said it was expeidited on March 27 today April 8 and still they have not sent it. They are not paying attention and not doing their job. Plain and simple Some other people who have this are saying the same thing they run out of ink and then have to wait and wait to get more.
