I replaced the ink cartridges. with the automated instant ink cartridges i. received in the mail and now my printer will not print. Got weird error messages, updated the firmware all to no avail. Cleaned the heads. Wiped the electrical connects. The printer now appears fine - no error messages - but the paper rolls through and comes out blank. Spent HOURS with the useless virtual assistant. Finally the online help bot said i needed a new yellow and blue cartridge. I tried to print in gray scale / b&w draft (another suggestion on the uselss. troubleshooting page) with no luck. This is a brand new printer and this experience is making me regret this purchase. HP customer service is terrible - why can't i speak to a person? I think i might throw this machine out the window. Oh and taxes are due in 5. hours and 40 minutes.

@caromurr, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to print. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues.
Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
If the copies also are blank and the ink levels in all 4 ink cartridges are more than half, please reach out to the HP Instant Ink team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. The contact info can be found on the home page. Click here.
