Hi @Lyonel387 ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
NOTE: regional reset is attempted on a best effort basis, it might not work on all printers.
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Yes" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping

thank you very much Elohi_NR for your reply. i cannot find your personal message or email on my hp support account. maybe i am missing something? i also tried the link that you provided, but after clicking it says
"Acccess denied. You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.
Click your browser's Back button to continue."
i would appreciate some clarifications regarding this. thanks again. i am very eager to use my printer again as i dont want to needlessly buy a new one since this is still working fine.
