After keep changing the cartridge there is a messgae "There is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty, cartridge. If message reappears again, record the message and contact support". 

How can be solved?

If you have an Officejet 7000 or 8000 printer sometimes the printhead is clogged with ink

and you need to clean that part to recover printer functionality.
