I'm getting white horizontal lines in my printed pieces. Is this a headcleaning issue?

Please print a diagnostic page as shown in the video here:

It would help if you could scan or take a picture of the resulting test page and post it here.  It may resolve the issue to remove the cartridge and clean the electrical contacts on the cartridge and printer with a damp lint free wipe.  A clean coffee filter works well for this purpose.  Also, check the paper type and quality settings in the driver.  If you are printing on photo paper make sure to select the proper paper type in the driver settings.  I would suggest printing in "Best" mode.

 

If you can post a picture of the test page (at least a closeup of the color nozzle pattern) I can make more specific suggestions.
