If your printer is one of the HP+ printers - for example, from the list later in this message,

An offer might be made to extend the optional Instant Ink Print-by-Page subscription trial to six months when you "enable" (opt in to) HP+ service.
Instant Ink "sounds like" free ink - and Yes, ink is included in any subscription plan.
That said, HP does not just send you free ink cartridges.
