Product: HP OfficeJet 6958 All-in-One Printer

the cyan ink cartridge is blocked so i'd like to get this one refurbished.  We bought a 6400 but i don't like it at all.

I understand you are facing an issue with the cyan ink cartridge being blocked with your HP OfficeJet 6958 All-In-One Printer Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
