Product: HP Photosmart C6380 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Please can someone tell me how to manually clean print head of HP Photosmart C6380 All-in-One Printer? The automated option in the printers tools has not resolved the problem of black ink not printing and I have tried doing it several times. All other colours working fine. The black cartridge is not clogged up. I have tried to new ones and nothing prints.

Remove cartridges, lift the grey lever on the right side and remove the printhead. If you aren't getting any black after automatic cleaning you will hardly get any black even after manual cleaning.
