To reset the ink level on an HP OfficeJet 8015e printer, you can try these steps.
Key steps:
- Open the cartridge access door: Access the area where you can remove the ink cartridges.
- Remove the cartridges: Carefully take out both the colour and black ink cartridges.
- Turn off the printer: Power down the printer completely.
- Wait a few seconds: Let the printer sit for a brief moment.
- Turn back on: Power the printer back on.
- Reinstall cartridges: Place the cartridges back into their designated slots, ensuring they are properly aligned and seated.
