trying to align cartridges. fails every time. suggestions?

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

The first step is to print an alignment page, which will include lines and markers in both black and color.

The second step is to place the printed alignment page on the scanner and press the button to scan it. The printer will then scan the lines and markers on the alignment page and use that information to align the new ink cartridges.
