I have an HP office-jet 4650, which was working fine up until a couple weeks ago. But now when I try and print pictures, it only prints them in green. Same thing happens with printing a text document, but sometimes those will print in b/w, its hit or miss. I've tried so many different things I doubt I can remember them all.
But here's a list of what I've tried:
-unplug while still on
unplug while still on, after removing ink cartridges, waiting a couple min, pressing power button 30 seconds then plug back in, power on, reinsert cartridges, scan image to copy.
tried brand new cartridges
manually cleaning cartridges
downloaded hp print doctor, did everything it said.
unplugged my wifi, waited a min, recycled power
updated drivers
tried printing from different sources like from computer, another computer, my iphone
ran clean cartridges and print-heads
reset to factory settings, started all over...
tried printing without color cartridge inserted ***this was the only confirmed way of printing b/w***
tried removing b/w cartridge, still prints green, but ***sometimes yellow and blue individually, never prints with magenta***
tried different types of paper
tried connecting cord directly from printer to my pc, leaving out the middle man (wifi)
I'm at a complete loss, I dont know what else to try. PLEASE someone help me resolve this issue!!!

Hi @cuteliltiffers,
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!
