Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

unclear. HP site says HP 63 is the correct cartridge. Eprint sent HP 65. 

Does HP webmaster know ..if so can HP65/304 be added to HP 5255 print cartridge list list?

Hi,

HP 65 ink cartridges are not intended for an HP Officejet 5255 printer and will be rejected by your printer:

I suggest contacting HP Instant Ink support in your country, so you will be provided with replacement cartridges for your printer:
