Hi!
Got a printer. When I start it, I get an error message with code 0x610000f6. I think something is wrong with the printhead / carriage...
I've already looked into the printer. There is nothing to hinder the sled. I've already changed the color cartridges, switched on and off.
I also have no guarantee left and therefore unfortunately can not establish a free contact with HP...
I would be very grateful if you could help me. Thank you in advance.

I understand you are getting the error code 0x610000f6 on your HP OfficeJet 7510 Wide Format All-in-One Printer typically indicates an issue with the printhead or carriage system.
Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Perform a Hard Reset
- Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Wait 60 seconds before plugging the power cord back in.
- Turn the printer back on and see if the error persists.
2. Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions
- Open the carriage access door and ensure there are no paper jams or small pieces of paper stuck inside.
- Move the printhead manually from side to side to ensure it moves freely. If it doesn't, check for any visible obstructions.
3. Clean the Printhead and Contacts
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Open the printer to access the printhead and gently remove the ink cartridges.
- Clean the copper contacts on the printhead and where the printhead sits using a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with distilled water.
- After cleaning, reinsert the printhead and cartridges, ensuring they are properly seated.
4. Reset the Printhead
- Remove the cartridges and the printhead again.
- Unplug the printer and wait for 2-3 minutes.
- Plug the printer back in and reinstall the printhead and cartridges.
5. Update Printer Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. You can do this by visiting the HP website and downloading the latest firmware for your printer model.
