MY PRINTER HAS NOT PRINTED IN COLOR FOR MONTHS NOW. I HAD AN HP EMPLOYEE TRY TO HELP ME, BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. I HAVE CLEAN THE PRINT HEADS, DONE AN INTERNAL TEST PAGE. UNINSTALLED AND RE-INSTALLED BUT NOTHING WORKS. THEN OUT OF THE BLUE IT STOPPED PRINTING IN BLACK TOO. FINALLY GOT BLACK TO PRINT AGAIN. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE COLOR CARTRIDGES. NOW I CAN EVEN WASTE MORE MONEY TO BUY MORE BECAUSE MY INK IS OUT OF STOCK.
