Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

my hp color laser jet pro MFP M183fw will not accept a 3rd party toner cartridge H2310AK black message Indicated cartridges blocked for containing a non HP chip. I have changed the chip from the original toner cartridge and still get a lower toner level warning.

I would suggest you contact your supplier for a usable cartridge.  If the cartridges do not work in HP printers you may need to find a new supplier. 

 

If you take a "chip" off an empty HP cartridge it will reflect the status of the cartridge you removed it from.
