I got a paperjam in tray 2 notification, pulled paper feed tray out, there was paper in there, so pulled it out, put paper feed tray back in, it reset and printed 2 more pages, then jammed again, did same, but this time, nothing printed and keeps saying jammed. I watched a couple videos, sprayed canned air, and still same error, I did notice that it seems to try and print, but then hear a couple of clicking sounds, then gives paper jam warning and keeps doing that. From the video, I check the top paper feed for checks, the tray 2 paper tray, opened the back, nothing there, so not sure what the problem could be. Any advice?   Any input would be greatly appreciated.

What you may be hearing is repeated rotations of the pickup roller. This is caused by the roller being either dirty or worn out. The roller on this design is rather hard to see as the roller faces the back of the paper feed when not rotated,  This video does a pretty good job of showing the steps to inspect and replace the roller if necessary.

A good roller will have a surface that has fingerprint like ridges on it and is clean. A bald roller requires replacement.
