The link you send me is the same one I was on and unfortunate it was NO help. I might be missing or not understanding how it works, but never the less  I would prefer to talk to a human. so I can explain my issue and see if there is a solution or not (NO VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE). 

and I just wanted to say that it is a shame that HP does not have a USA based call center that long time customer like my self can call and get answers. After this fiasco and issue with no solution I am definitely considering opting for another brand and hopefully I can get better CUSTOMER SERVICE from a person and no be force to answer pre-set questions from a algorithms.
