The costumer bought a new cartridge but the printer didn't recognize the ink so I replaced with new one works fine then returned the defective new and didn't work again ... checked the cartridge didn't find any damage is there a warranty from hp on defective ink cartridges? thue  its rarely happens

I see that you are facing an issue with your new ink cartridges.

 

Kindly refer to the steps from this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
