I have had these Genuine Hp 61/301 black ink Cartridge that is not recognized by my printer. the cartridge is not dried out or is not empty as it is fresh out of the box. The packages indicates it is one a Black Cartridge B3B27A "HP Instant Ink 61/301 and the other cartridge is marked as a CH563W HP 61XL and both are not recognized by my printer and yet they contain ink. How do I override the issue.
