Hi, My Laserjet 1100 produces only pages with steaks and smudges. One day it worked the following day it didnt. Tried changing the toner for a brand new one, tried wiping the print roller. Tried gently shaking the toner to distribute ink, The Laserjet 1100 has no screen to do anything on and the PC doesnt see the printer other than to choose print options. None of which is labelled 'tools' or 'clean'. The print roller doesnt appear to be misaligned and the springs at each end work properly.

 

Any help appreciated. Thanks
