I recently changed the black toner cartridge on my m255dw and it is telling me the new toner cartridge is empty???  A very expensive 206x toner cartridge. The place I bought it from says I can't get a refund because I bought it 2 years ago, we went with laser because we had a problem with the inkjets ink drying out.  How can I get a replacement from HP?
