Hi @tpos1,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to reset the toner setting on your HP Neverstop Laser 100x printer back to normal quality mode, you can follow these steps:

Access the Printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS):

  • Open a web browser on a computer that is connected to the same network as your printer.
  • Enter the IP address of your printer in the browser's address bar and press Enter. You can find the printer's IP address by printing a configuration report from the printer's control panel.

Navigate to Toner Density Settings:

  • In the Embedded Web Server interface, look for a section related to toner or print quality settings. The exact location may vary based on your printer's firmware version and configuration.
  • Typically, you might find this under a 'Settings' or 'Setup' tab.

Adjust Toner Density:

  • Once you locate the toner settings, you should see an option to adjust toner density or print quality.
  • Change the setting from 'Low' or 'Save Toner' mode back to 'Normal' or 'Standard' mode.
  • Save the changes if prompted.

Print a Test Page:

  • After adjusting the toner density setting, it's a good idea to print a test page to confirm that the print quality has returned to normal.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
