i have a HP Office desk jet 4650 all in one printer. recently I haven't been able to print document in color from my laptop. however i can print in full color and black from my IOS iPhone XR. I've tried all the support recommendations and even did a software update, rebooted my laptop and still cant print color when needed from charts and graphs. Please sent me ideas and fix solutions. I have done the printer diagnostics and my print will push out the test pages in color.
