Product: HP Officejet 4620 e-All-in-One Printer

I guess I need some sort of special 'Setup ink" which is the stupidest idea I've ever heard of for a printer. Looking at the help forum it looks like I can't fix it until I get a personal message from HP.  So I guess I am requesting a similar personal message to fix the issue

 

It really should not take this level of herculean effort to get a printer to do its job and work properly in this day and age or for a company to anticipate that needing special setup ink is a colossally stupid idea. I have owned many HP products from desktops to laptops, but this really is it for me, it used to be a solid brand but I think I'm done. I'm at my wit's end, I just wanted to print something and such poor planning and design and greed for printer ink sales have flushed their once strong brand name down the drain.  Rant is over now.

HP Recommended

Still a week and no help from HP. Many views on the issue, but still no support to fix the issue.
