This is the second time i come across this ink problem. its starts by me not receiving my ink in a timely manners. than discover im still changed for ink never received. when i decide to purchase my own ink, im locked out until i, reenroll in HP ink program which i consider manipulative and greedy! my friend has also gone through the same experience and we both are dumping both HP printers and never buying another again! the little I've read here shows we're nor not the only ones, so it proves HP has done nothing to resolve this pathetic dilemma!
