Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I think i have a problem with the printer head. Everytime i print there are some horizontal stripes, i tried to clean and align the printer head with few improvements but horizontal stripes are present too. I saw a video where you clean it manually but nothing has changed. The only think to do at this point is change print head?
