I went to search the hp thermal inkjet technology, the work needs to be heated to more than three hundred degrees Celsius ink, however, the official maximum temperature of ink work only 90 degrees Fahrenheit, I print some paper will lose color, but I replaced the epson machine to print, he does not lose color, which is the machine problem or ink problem? I think it is a mismatch between technology and ink, the ink has changed its original nature after the high temperature!

Go to youtube you can find great videos of how thermal inkjet works, that will better illustrate and explain high printhead temperature.

The printer operating temperature and printhead heating temperature are two very different things.
If you are using sublimation ink that is not good for thermal inkjet printers because the print quality is not good, the Epson uses a heat-free printhead and it's a better solution for sublimation.

I am not very learned; I do not quite understand why the print head heating temperature can not be counted in the working temperature; that thermal inkjet printer when to count as working? Or more specifically, which parts of the thermal inkjet printer working time is counted as its working time?
