Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm getting non hp chip detected message when I use ink that is not HP but is supposed to be compatible with my HP printer. I've tried all the trouble shooting steps short of hacking the firmware. HP ink for this printer is 352.86 on Amazon and it's the cheapest I can find. That's the cost of another printer. I'm so over HP that I'm thinking I'll take that money and purchase another printer from a different company. Lesson learned, don't buy HP printers.
