i have a new printer smart tank 516 and while install it and after install printhead ;i have error message on color printhead

@Amir4976, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Printhead Errors

Reseat the printheads as shown.

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Try printing or make a copy to check if it works.
